To continue from my first post about how to play sports. You always have to be active to play sports. If you are lazy you aren't going to be ready to play the sport that you are going to play when the time comes. You also have to eat healthy and drink lots of water. If you aren't in shape you also aren't going to be ready to lay the sport that you want to play. In all sports you either have to make the team or have to earn a spot on the field or court.
